We are excited to introduce cheerleading to our area!
Our cheer program is for kids kindergarten through 8th grade.
A typical practice will be a minimum of 15 min stretching. Min. 1 mile run. Practicing basic stunts and pyramids, etc. NO MAJOR STUNTS or TUMBLING the first year. The remaining time will be spent practicing cheers.
A typical game will include 15 min stretching, 10 min practicing small tumbling/stunts, 1 run through of all cheers and a pre-game pep talk. Squad will cheer during the entire game.
